Noqati may update, improve, modify, or discontinue features from time to time, subject to applicable law and any contractual commitments.
3. Website Use
You agree to use our website and services only for lawful purposes.
You must not:
Use our website for fraudulent, unlawful, or misleading activities.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or accounts.

Use our services in a way that infringes the rights of others.
We reserve the right to investigate suspected violations and take appropriate action in accordance with applicable law.
4. Business Partner Registration
Businesses may apply to become Noqati partners by submitting the required information through our website or other designated channels.
By applying for or maintaining a business partner account, you agree that:
The information you provide is accurate and up to date.
You are authorized to represent the business you register.
You will comply with applicable laws and regulations.
You will use Noqati’s services only for their intended purposes.
You will protect your account credentials and restrict unauthorized access.
You will promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized account access.
Noqati reserves the right to review partner applications and may decline or suspend an application or account where there is a legitimate reason, subject to applicable law and contractual obligations.
5. Subscriptions and Fees
Certain Noqati services may require a paid subscription.
Subscription fees, available features, billing periods, and applicable conditions will be communicated through our website, partner page, quotation, or service agreement.
Depending on the selected plan, subscriptions may be offered on a monthly or annual basis.
By purchasing a subscription, you agree to pay the applicable fees in accordance with the selected plan.
Unless otherwise stated in your subscription agreement:
Subscription fees are payable in advance for the applicable billing period.
Annual and monthly plans may have different pricing and payment terms.
Additional services or customized features may incur separate charges.
Applicable taxes and government charges may be added where required by law.
You are responsible for ensuring that your payment information is accurate and that payments are made when due.
Any special pricing, discounts, or promotional offers will be subject to the conditions communicated when the offer is made.
6. Payments, Renewals, and Cancellations
Subscription payment arrangements and renewal terms will depend on the plan you select and the payment method agreed upon.
Where a subscription automatically renews, the renewal terms will be disclosed before you commit to the subscription.
You may request cancellation in accordance with the cancellation procedure and notice period applicable to your plan.
Unless otherwise specified in your agreement or required by law, cancellation prevents future renewals but does not automatically entitle you to a refund for a billing period that has already started.
Refunds, if applicable, will be handled according to the relevant subscription terms and applicable law.
If a payment fails or an account remains unpaid, Noqati may notify the business and, where appropriate, restrict or suspend paid services after reasonable notice, subject to applicable law and contractual commitments.
7. Free Trials and Promotional Offers
Noqati may offer free trials, discounted subscriptions, or other promotional offers from time to time.
Promotional offers may be subject to eligibility requirements, usage restrictions, expiry dates, or other conditions.
We reserve the right to withdraw or modify a promotional offer in accordance with its stated conditions and applicable law.
Any charges that may apply after a free trial will be disclosed before you agree to the relevant subscription.
8. Loyalty Programs and Rewards
Noqati provides technology that enables participating businesses to operate their own loyalty programs.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, individual participating businesses are responsible for determining their loyalty program rules, including:
How customers earn points or digital stamps.
The number of points or stamps required to receive a reward.
Which products or services qualify.
Reward availability and redemption conditions.
Expiry dates and other restrictions.
The handling of suspected fraud or misuse.
Customers must follow the applicable loyalty program rules when collecting or redeeming rewards.
Noqati does not guarantee that every participating business will offer a particular reward or continue operating a particular loyalty program indefinitely.
Unless expressly agreed otherwise, Noqati is not the provider of the products or services offered as rewards by participating businesses.
Questions or disputes about a business’s products, services, reward availability, or individual loyalty rules should generally be directed to the relevant business.
Nothing in these Terms removes any rights that customers may have under applicable law.
9. Customer Accounts and Digital Loyalty Cards
Some Noqati services may allow customers to access digital loyalty cards, collect points or stamps, or view available rewards.
Depending on the service, loyalty cards may be accessed through a website, QR code, supported digital wallet, or another compatible technology.
Customers are responsible for using their loyalty cards appropriately and protecting access to any accounts or devices associated with them.
Noqati may take reasonable steps to investigate suspected fraud, duplicate transactions, unauthorized reward claims, or other misuse of a loyalty program.
Where necessary and legally permitted, we may assist the relevant business in correcting inaccurate loyalty records or investigating suspicious activity.
The availability of digital wallet features depends on technical compatibility and the policies of the relevant wallet provider.
10. Business Partner Responsibilities
Businesses using Noqati are responsible for their own operations and interactions with customers.
Each business agrees to:
Provide accurate information about its products, services, and loyalty program.
Honour valid rewards in accordance with its published loyalty rules.
Clearly communicate applicable restrictions to customers.
Comply with applicable consumer protection and advertising laws.
Obtain any permissions or consents required to collect and use customer information.
Handle customer complaints relating to its own products, services, and rewards.
Avoid misleading customers about the features or benefits of its loyalty program.
Businesses must not use Noqati to promote unlawful activities or engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive conduct.
Noqati may investigate reports of misuse and take appropriate action where justified.
11. Data Protection and Privacy
Your use of Noqati’s services is also subject to our Privacy Policy.
Noqati and participating businesses must handle personal information in accordance with applicable data protection laws and their respective responsibilities.
Depending on the services provided, information may include customer contact details, loyalty points, digital stamps, reward claims, and transaction-related records.
Participating businesses are responsible for ensuring that they have a lawful basis for providing customer information to Noqati and using it for their loyalty programs.
For more information about how personal information is handled, please review our Privacy Policy.
12. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the Noqati name, logo, website design, original content, software, branding, and other materials associated with our platform are owned by or licensed to Noqati.
You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, or commercially exploit our intellectual property without prior written permission, except where permitted by applicable law.
Business partners retain ownership of their own trademarks, logos, and other materials that they provide to Noqati.
By providing such materials for use in a loyalty program, you grant Noqati permission to use them to the extent reasonably necessary to provide the agreed services.
Businesses confirm that they have the necessary rights and permissions to provide those materials.
13. Third-Party Services
Our website and services may integrate with or link to third-party platforms, including digital wallet providers, payment services, hosting providers, and other technology services.
These third-party services may operate under separate terms, conditions, and privacy policies.
Noqati is not responsible for the independent operation or policies of third-party services, except to the extent required by applicable law or expressly agreed in writing.
The availability of a third-party service may depend on factors outside our reasonable control.
14. Service Availability and Maintenance
We aim to provide reliable access to Noqati’s website and services.
However, uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed. Services may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, technical problems, security incidents, third-party outages, or other circumstances.
Where reasonably practicable, we will take appropriate steps to restore affected services.
We may perform maintenance, updates, or technical changes to improve security, reliability, or functionality.
Nothing in this section excludes obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded.
15. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Noqati website and services are provided subject to the terms of the applicable subscription or service agreement.
We do not guarantee that using a loyalty program will result in a specific number of customers, sales, repeat visits, revenue, or business growth.
Business results depend on many factors, including pricing, customer demand, service quality, marketing, and business operations.
Any statistics, examples, or projected benefits presented on our website are informational and should not be interpreted as guarantees of future results.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Noqati will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or services, including loss of profits, business opportunities, or anticipated savings.
Noqati is not responsible for disputes between customers and participating businesses regarding the quality of products or services, except to the extent that applicable law or a separate written agreement provides otherwise.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Any additional liability provisions agreed in a separate written contract will apply according to that contract.
17. Suspension and Termination
You may stop using our website at any time.
Business partners may terminate their subscriptions according to the applicable cancellation terms or service agreement.
Noqati may suspend or terminate access to services where reasonably necessary because of a serious breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, security risks, non-payment, unlawful activity, or another legitimate reason.
Where appropriate and legally required, we will provide notice and an opportunity to address the issue before suspending or terminating the service.
Termination does not remove payment obligations or other rights and responsibilities that arose before termination.
Any provisions that by their nature should continue after termination will remain effective to the extent permitted by law.
18. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions to reflect changes to our services, business operations, technology, or applicable legal requirements.
Updated terms will be published on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
Where required by law or an applicable agreement, we will provide notice of material changes or obtain any necessary consent.
Your continued use of the services after updated terms become effective will be subject to those terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
19. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms & Conditions are intended for use in connection with Noqati’s operations in the United Arab Emirates.
They are subject to the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates and any mandatory legal provisions that apply to the relevant parties and transactions.
Any dispute relating to these Terms will be addressed through good-faith discussions where reasonably possible.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be referred to the competent courts or other appropriate dispute-resolution body with jurisdiction under applicable law.
Nothing in this section removes any mandatory rights or legal protections available to consumers or other parties.
